"We had a good stay."

The room was clean and comfortable. Location to downtown Dubuque was close and easily accessible. Very convenient for travel East after our stay.

No complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful.

"I’m fairly satisfied, but there is tons of room for improvement."

The bed was very comfortable.

The bathtub had black mold in it which is unacceptable, and we had to fix the sliding glass shower door ourselves. Also for paying almost $300 per night for the room I’m still expected to pay three dollars for a bottle of water in the room and breakfast is not included in the price, which is kind of ridiculous.
