They were very helpful with getting our TV to work in room 110. The room was clean.

That the outside doors are always unlocked. Anyone could enter the facility. Definitely needs better coffee and the continental breakfast was so so.

"They need new house keepers that actually clean!"

Location and staff

Cleanliness was awful. Found a dead bed bug in the first room. We were moved to a different room and found under the bed was full of garbage and dust. Absolutely unacceptable.
