Mold on the ceiling and walls, cold water did not work

It was a clean room to stay in. The hotel is upgrading and it needs it.

Hall was dirty with equipment stored in the hallway

Beds excellent, service was great. Some construction ongoing but not intrusive in any way. Rates were very reasonable. Thank you Melissa 😊 💓

The staff was great, we stayed 2 nights. The air in our room the first night made a terrible racket. We asked to change rooms and they let us. Overall the rooms were clean!

Rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay warrants one. There was tons of dirt and dust and dead bugs behind the bed, the toilet would not flush and ran all night, the tub was very dirty and the bed sheets had stains. Now when I say stains, yes you could tell they had been washed, but old stains were noticeable, imo sheets should be replaced when they are stained so badly. Was woke up very abruptly by the cleaning staff at 9 am, check out is 11. I’ve never stayed anywhere that they have bothered me before 10:30 ish. The lobby and halls were so hot, and dirty.

I paid the extra to get the room with the jacuzzi tub. Went to use the jets and the water that came out of them was dirty and nasty and smelled like sewer water. The thermostat cover was just taped on and kept falling off. during the second day the toilet kept running after it was flushed. i told the front desk she came and looked at it. She said she had to call someone. We had things to do so we couldnt wait around so we left the building. when we came back it was not fixed and we were told that because we werent there they would not fix it our only choice was to turn the water off at the toilet and turn it on when we needed to flush it as not to have to listen to it run

Breakfast was a little lean and coffee wasn't good. Otherwise the room was nice for the price.

The bathroom and the room were smelly and unclean. I had to buy Lysol spray and a room freshener to clean the room before staying there.

This is an older property and has some renovation going on. An interesting layout with some rooms having a door to the interior hallway and another facing the pool. Although the pool was closed, Mom enjoyed sitting outside the door on the pool side after our long drive. We had to change rooms after we arrived as the first had water all over the floor, probably due to the renovation work going on. We were assigned a new room quickly and without any problems. The room was comfortable and quiet. TV and WiFi were all in working order. Check in and check out we’re both quick and easy. If you’re able, take advantage of the online registration process. It seems to save a lot of time. There is a Denny’s on one side, a Braun’s on the other and a Village Inn directly across the street. Plenty of other dining options are within easy driving distance. Had a pleasant one night stay and would certainly return again.
