Super 8 by Wyndham Bentonville

The facility is not kept up with cleaning the area the bed was super uncomfortable very noisy with other guests outside your room.

Very dirty room. I paid more here then the one before and the one was so nice

The room was clean and easily accessible. We were in town for the bikes and barbecue festival and we stayed the night. I got a good nights rest

The room floors could be cleaner. A bit sticky and dirty.

Rooms were filthy, but we were tired from a long day on the road. Then, as we were just getting to sleep, our adult daughter next door texted us that their room was infested with cockroaches. She sent pictures, and we got the desk clerk involved. He came to inspect and said, "Oh, I see." He then offered to move us to other rooms. Keep in mind, this was after midnight at this point. We did change rooms, which also had roaches. We called all around and no hotel had a room for us, so we turned the air on super cold to make the roaches go hide and stayed. We spoke to the manager in the morning, who said that since we called the 800 number on the website to book, we would need to get our refund from them. We called, and they said we need to get the refund from the location. This back-and-forth happened for a month. We submitted a BBB complaint. The only response we have gotten from any of this is a $40 voucher for our next stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We liked the price and location.

The bathroom was a little dirty and the room looked like it hadn’t been swept. It was fairly cramped. There was also a door to outside that people were smoking in front of. We could hear people walking up and down the halls at all hours of the night too.

Tv lights not working

Breakfast was very lean. Only yougurt, prepackaged off bran muffins, whole milk with cereal. There was no coffee available other than breakfast. Extra cots and linens were left at the end of the hall.

Let me start by saying that you can only have so much in the way of expectations when staying at a Super 8 hotel. That being said, this place was in the process of a remodel, which from the looks of things, were beginning to wind down. The updated look is nice and modern. On a side note, no elevator so if you have bad knees like myself, staying on the second floor is painful. The room...fresh pain, new floors, and the overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke. The front desk gave us a can of air freshener made for cigarette smell so I can only guess it's a known issue. They apparently forgot to check the lighting during the remodel, the one overhead light appears to only have 1 out of 4 fluorescent bulbs working and the nightstand light flickers like a 70's disco. The mattress was nothing short of awful and to make matters worse, they used thin sheet metal to block under the bed instead of wood so, every time you roll over, it actually sounds like thunder. The staff were all very friendly and seemed sincerely happy to help.
