OYO Hotel Castle Rock CO Downtown

Nice clean hotel. Great value for the price. Pet friendly! We wanted a second floor room with the Rock view and the staff made it happen. Showed us a few rooms to select from. Nice clean rooms spacious enough for our 35 pound dog :) Overall welcoming place!

Just needed a room for the night. And that what I got. Not fancy but good enough. Only thing I didn’t like was the smokers kept the door propped open and fill hallway with cigarette smell

Buyer beware..... remember you get what you pay for. This place smelled like pot when we walked in, which is probably why they had the doors open to the outside, where anyone could just walk in. It didn't feel safe. This is on a busy intersection. There were always random people in the lobby and parking lot. Check in was 3pm, we arrived a little after 4. There were no other cars in the lot. Our friends room wasn't ready & they had to stand in the hall watching the guy scramble around to make their bed. He couldn't find a top sheet that would fit. He finally held up an unfolded sheet & said I think this will work. We should have just left at this point, but we only stayed 1 night for an event. After we checked out the next morning, the hotel called our friend & asked if they found a ring in the room. Apparently, the people that stayed before us lost a ring. We didn't find one. THEN, my friend got a call from the people that said it was their ring that was missing. The hotel gave out my friends number to these people. I can't even believe it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Side note, our room seemed clean, definitely an older hotel, and our bed was fine.

Didn’t realize this “new” hotel chain is actually buying/utilizing old old hotels. Had booked King bed room, none available at check-in. Front desk staff very nice and apologetic. Multi-level hotel but NO elevators- stairway carpet old, uneven with narrow tread width. Hallways narrow, lobby and rooms small. Bed, however, new and very comfortable. Located next door to a bar- noisy fights next door, noisy and fighting in hallways of hotel, dogs barking in hotel until midnight.

We selected this hotel by searching reviews. The hotel did not live up to those reviews. Unusual layout of stairs. Double electrical plugin to the left of the bed was completely worn out. Recommend they have an electrician repair/replace today before renting out again. AC was dirty. Phone face was dirty. No bench to place luggage.Upholstered chair was worn, had holes and was filthy. No rack for towel by sink. No nightstand or light by right side of bed We requested a discount but were told we need to request this to Expedia

This hotel far exceeded my expectations based on price and other reviews. I have paid a lot more for a lot worse. My only negative comment would be the water pressure in the sink. The shower was fantastic and the sink was more of a trickle. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and greeted us everytime we came or left. The beds were firm with a pillow top and very comfortable. More often than not when I stay in a hotel, there is a sheet and thin blanket and I have to use my own blankets; that was not the case here. The blankets were warm and fluffy. The hotel is not brand new, but has been nicely remodeled and painted. Because I was there for school/work, I didn't spend a lot of my time in the hotel, but it was more than comfortable the time I was there. The location was great and I stayed on one road from the hotel to my classes. Everyone local delivered when we needed food late. It was easy to get in and out of and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay there.

A good value for the money. Staff as great

TV didn't work, called a "complainer" by the staff when asked for repair, then when "fixed" - three channels worked and wouldn't turn off. Clean, quiet, just poor TV and service.

After a day of exploring Colorado, a nice clean room is what one is wanting to relax. The check in process was fast with no problems. Got to the hotel room, and bam, a huge clean room. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend
