OYO Hotel Castle Rock CO Downtown

For a quick visit it was fine. Rooms were clean and front desk was very pleasant. Definitely an older motel so not high expectations and shower head was wonky but manageable. Saw children and pets so even though other reviews were skeptical we didn't see any of that.

The hall reeked of dog piss and cigarette smoke,the room no air conditioner my husband had to clean the filter to get it to work the bed was so uncomfortable it sank in the middle, no vending machines all were out of Oder no breakfast at all will not be staying with this place again just plain gross

Pretty good little hotel a short drive from downtown Castle Rock. Parking lot was apparently pretty small for the number of guests, got back late from a wedding reception at a friend's house and there were zero parking spaces left.

The entrance and check in was extremely dirty and smelled bad of smoke even though signs posted no smoking. The 2 guys for check in and out we're dressed terrible and not friendly at all. Hallways dirty room was ok on cleanliness. AC didn't work and was so noisy. Bed was not comfortable very soft

We had to pay for the whole stay before seeing the room. When we got to the room there was a spot on the bed with hair stuck to it. Truly disgusting. The person did come and change the bedding, but it still made me very uncomfortable. We had to leave early because of a family emergency and they did refund part of our stay

Noisy ouside airconditioning unit next to my room kept me up most of the night. Shower drain plugged up. Would not stay here again

Very fast check in. Neighboring room had a dog that barked many times during the night.

We didn’t end up staying. The place was dirty, rum down, terrible smell. The person that was working the desk was high on something, completely unhelpful, and downright rude. We got billed, paid for a night we didn’t stay. Worst experience EVER!

Our stay was okay. I felt that the rooms lacked charm. When stepping into the hallway, I could smell cigarette smoke really heavily. Im allergic to that. I appreciated the front desk being friendly. Unless I absolutely have to, i will not book there again.
