Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel the place was peaceful, the room was well kept and everything was clean when I arrived the virtual check in process was smooth and Jay was very polite and helpful .

"Totally worth it"

Stayed here for a night and honestly had a good experience the hotel was quiet the room was clean and everything felt comfortable Jay from the virtual front desk was really helpful and made the check in super quick and easy would stay again.

"I will not stay there again"

I was not happy about the bed spread on the beds. They had hair and food dried on them.

On the second day we were there an office clerk knocked on the door and said he was wondering if we checked out because he found our key on the front desk. Then he gave me the key. After he left I looked for my keys and I had them both. The key he gave me did not open my door. It seems a little suspicious. His story just did not make sense. One thing I can say positive about the property is the shower had really good pressure.

Had a hard time with the TV and cable box. And room binder needs updated . Needs some type of instructions on what to do if tv or cable box doesn't work right away

"A poor experience and I won't be staying at any Super 8's again."

The bed was nice.

The check-in via a remote host in India was extremely unwelcoming and very off-putting. I would never stay at a motel that I knew was not having a local desk person in the lobby. The room was rather shoddy. It felt like everything was done to be just barely acceptable but no more. The orange juice for breakfast was terrible imitation OJ and the TV was blaring annoyingly. I finally just unplugged it. In short, it was not a very pleasant stay. I haven't stayed at a Super 8 in recent years but it seemed like they used to be nicer. I am not planning to stay at another one after this poor experience.
