Their website claimed that they were clean and had breakfast. They were stains all over the carpet, the bathtub had stains all in it. I could have dealt with that, but the clientele who was renting there was very scary. We saw a woman being drugged by her hair, a guy with a gun, And spent about four hours dealing with some lady and some man fighting, cussing, pushing each other around so much that it shook the walls. I’m just glad that I survived the night, and we got out of there the next morning as quick as we could.

For $165 a night i expected a little better hotel. Super 8s aren't known as the nicest, but this really was bare minimum. The lobby was closed for renovation but the room was terrible. Might want to focus on the rooms before something your customers will spend 10 minutes in. The tub was detaching from the shower enclosure, you could actually move the entire fiberglass tub/shower. There were cigarette burns on the edge of tge tub. The walls were dirty and even had things carved into them. There's zero weather striping around the door to the room so the a/c couldn't keep up with the outside air coming in through the gap between the door and the frame. You're also right next to the highway, so you can hear everything outside. It was basically an open window all night. We weren't looking for anything fancy, but this was absolutely terrible.

The room was suppose to be non smoking and I entered room and it smells like someone had just smoked 20 packs of cigarettes in the room . I purchase the room when it stated free breakfast .there was no free breakfast in the hotel none at all actually .

Do NOT stay here! The room was filthy. All floors were caked with dirt & hair, bathtub & toilet were dirty, microwave too dirty to use, mirrors had dust all over them, the door would not close properly & you could see daylight in cracks when closed. there was a white pasty substance on dresser. There were water leaks in the ceiling. The absolute worst was trying to sleep in the bed. The horrific smell of urine was so bad that I tried to put towels down to block the smell. After the first night, I tried the other bed, hoping it would be better. It was NOT! The urine smell was so bad that the smell stayed in my nostrils for hours after leaving the room. The floors were so bad that I also put towels down so I could walk on them so my feet would not touch the filth. I attempted to speak with the manager after the first night, who just told me "I'm just a manager, you have to talk to owner". I was told the owner would be there the next day at 4pm. I came back to talk to him; he was not there, and I got zero help. After being there for 3 nights, I'd never had such a horrific experience and lack of caring by management. When checking out early in the morning (approximately 6am), there was no one around! You can only communicate via a small window, similar to a fast-food drive thru. The lobby is completely shut down and locked. While trying to check out, I waited a few minutes, and no one ever came so I left. I want a refund for my stay but doubt I will get it!! This place is also in a very bad area, with a lot of coming and going of sketchy individuals. It's a very scary place for a woman staying there alone. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Lobby closed down. Checked in & out thru tiny window. Ceilings have water stains, microwave filthy, carpet & tile so dirty, I put towels down to walk around. There was daylight coming from between wall & door. The worst part was the bed smelled like urine! I had 2 beds so tried the other one on second night. Same thing! The smell was horrific. The toilet was also caked with nasty dirt. I went to office window to complain after 1st night. I was told he was just the manager & wouldn't even listen to me. He said owner would be there at 4pm. I came back at 4pm, owner wasn't there. Also, after one night, I was leaving room and ran into housekeeping. I told her "not" to clean, as i would be leaving the next day. She waited until I was gone and came into the room anyway! When trying to check out, I couldn't find anyone around! Nobody was inside the window area and Lobby was still closed & locked up. All this, and the noise level was just as bad. Very bad area as well. There's a lot of people loitering around at night. Worst hotel stay of my life!

The worst!! Booked a non-smoking room. As soon as I walked into the room could smell cigarette smoke There were cigarette burns all over the bathtub the toilet seat. They were cigarette burns all over the carpet in front of the sinks. There was what looked like dry blood all over the bathroom wall the ceiling the door jam. Add on the curtain by the front door. They were patches and pretty much every wall. The lamp shades look like they been destroyed then tried to be fixed. Honestly it looked like a crime happened in that room!!
