The managers were very pleasant; they were willing to fix anything. However, the odor that is trapped in the room's rug was my problem. Along with bookings not returning my funds, it put a bad taste in my mouth for bookings. As for Vinita Super 8 Big Cabin, I love the managers; one lady was really helpful. I had a little issue, and she came right away and got it done. If I can get a room without a rug, I definitely will return.

The odor was trapped in the rug. Bookings.com for not returning my funds for checking out early, even though I called it in.
