The room bed was good, so was the pillows, good location. Every time we saw the staff, they was on their phones. The pool and water fountain are was extremely nasty. Under the bed pad, huge stains.

Property was good and convenient for what I need to visit family in Mauston. Room was clean, place was clean. Kids loved the pool. All was good.

"Horrible hotel suite"

They didn’t even clean our room, a person put their feet up and it looks like white stuff came out of their feet on the brown thing in the living room. The frame that holds the TV isn’t even put correctly, when we tried to adjust it it went back to being crooked. The floor isn’t clean, the only thing clean is the bathroom. They restocked the bathroom, and the fireplace doesn’t work, fix this stuff up.

"Not a Place I would come Back Too!!!"

The Breakfest was the Best Thing about the Place at least the First Morning, The Second Morning I left Before He Had Put Most of it Out...

The Room was not Cleaned The Way I would Expect!!! The Tolit was Dirty and Descusting The Sink Drain Was Pluged and the Draining was Very Slow!!! I left them a Note about these things and they did try to make them better but still not what I wanted to See....

Quiet hotel and location was good.

When we arrived we waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The hotel looked deserted as no one, not even guests were around. The first room we were given had a bed unmade. Looked like someone took a nap in it. Overall, felt really awkward.

"Clean, comfortable hotel with a pool for exercise!"

This hotel is an ideal halfway point between Chicago and Minneapolis. They have a pool I can use to get some exercise!

The bathroom sink was a bit clogged, but nothing serious... routine maintenance.
