Super 8 by Wyndham Nixa/Springfield Area

Location was okay but there was nothing else to recommend this hotel.

We were awakened on the first night by someone trying to get into our room. Apparently, the front desk failed to update their system after we checked in and checked in another guest to our room. Shortly after getting back to sleep the front desk called to find out who we were. The drain in the shower barely drained. The Toilet wasn't secured to the floor.

I had to check out early. I paid for free cancelation and still had to pay for my last day that I wasnt there.

That i paid extra for free cancelation and didn't get a refund. If thats rhe case ill pay $40 more and stay at better facility

This Super 8 is in need of updates. The rooms fixtures, plumbing, bedding and HVAC unit are old and worn. I will not stay here again. Thank you.

My family and I stay here every time we come to visit family in Nixa. The rooms are always very clean and the staff are so nice! It I'd a super 8, so the bedding is as you would expect and I wish we were given 4 pillow per bed. Other than that, we have never had a bad experience staying at this hotel in the last 13 years

Convenient location

Tubs in both rooms didn’t drain so you ended up in a tub of standing water while showering. One room had what looked like blood stains on the floor by the bathroom. Rooms could have been cleaner. Continental breakfast was not as expected.
