I enjoyed my stay as I was traveling. Staff was very accommodating, room was clean and quiet. Just a restful, pleasant experience.

We came for Bikes Blues BBQ weekend. We’re 68 yrs old. Was harassed by a construction worker and his vicious dog and we had to call the police to safely load our motorcycle back on the trailer to leave!! We didn’t even get to stay it was so unsafe. The general manager did absolutely nothing and was very chauvinistic on the phone to me when he took it away from Tamra. We had to drive over an hour in the dark to Eureka Springs to find a room. Very very disappointing. I’ve never been more frightened in my life.

Tamra was the only employee that was helpful in getting my refund.

I would have given it a 5 but the fan blade in the heater was hitting something and was quite noisy. I reported it but was unable to change rooms because the hotel was full. I had to shut the heater off all night and it got quite cold in the room.

The water pressure was not great. The bed was uncomfortable, not much lighting, and there was a bug on the wall... will not stay there again.

Fast and convenient, good value

I left early so didn't have their breakfast and couldn't comment on that. The staff was very friendly, polite and professional, couldn't ask for better.

I only used the desk and chair, the bed and the toilet and none of those made a good impression on me. The desk chair (only place to just sit in the room) was not comfortable, the bed was like a brick with a pillow top cover, and the toilet, supposedly designed for the impaired or elderly was very awkwardly built (support bars actually hindered access to the low, tiny toilet) and uncomfortable to use.
