Ram the property manager was awesome to deal with. Super helpful and friendly

Weird smell people always being loud the door's had cracks the locks looked decrepit the A/C looked nasty and uncleaned and make sure to bring a wall plug they don't have USB plugs

My room had recently been renovated. It was very nice. I loved the new flooring. The only problem was that Even though it appeared to be clean, It was really dirty. My feet were totally Filthy after walking on the floor a few times. In their defense, maybe workers had gone in and out.during the renovations and dirtied it up and the housekeepers were not aware. Everything else looked fine. I did not even mention this Because I was gone most of the day And everyone I spoke to in the office was so nice. It didnt ruin my stay and I wanted to keep a postive outlook. I would still stay there again, if the occasion arose. Just wanted to make management aware in case the new flooring might require re-evaluation on cleaning procrdures.

This hotel was not good. The beds were terrible. The door did not seal up tight. There was light that came in all the way around it. The bathroom was not clean at all.

We only stayed for one night for the Indy race at Barber motorsports. The hotel is only about a 15 minute drive from the track which was super convenient. The hotel is what we expected for the price. The staff was very nice, the room was clean enough for a one night stay. Breakfast included 2 coices of cereal, waffles, apples and bananas. Not much, but it's included with your stay so I'd say its enough. No options besides fruit if you eat gluten free.

The room i stayed in was FILTHY! The shower head was broken and had to be propped up with a metal coat hanger just to use it. The outlet by the sink did not work making it hard to get ready in the mornings. The fridge leaked badly. Was given 2 small, and i mean small, pillows. The sheets and blankets had burn holes all in them. The floor was sooooo dirty...looked to have not been moped in months! The door had a BIG gap between the door and jam. Would NOT recommend room #115. Went to the Talladega race so didnt have many options as far as hotels once we were there.
