Miss Bridget the property manager is an angel very considerate, polite just all-around good person

Staff were perfect , hotel has roaches and is overall dirty I had to change quite a few different rooms in just a few days it’s crazy …I’m not gone write a book, but just spend a few more dollars and get a better hotel honestly

Very polite nice very concerning about situation that I’m going through and has accommodated me to the fullest

To start the property was not the one in the photo, the lobby smelled like weed, first room they gave me was in the second floor there where no elevators the room was not cleaned , secound room was in the third floor there was no elevators . The comfort had burned iron mark in the middle.

The room was clean and good for the most part, but the beds were described as Queen when they were full-size instead. My son had to stay at his sister's place on the couch so my husband and I could sleep in separate beds, which was a first for us. We have a queen bed at home so we could definitely tell a difference.
