USThis little gem of a hotel's charm won us over immediately. My wife was in love with every nook and corner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was right up our alley.
Aside from the restaurant, I saw no staff. I had a question but there was no staff at the front desk. Just a number to call which was an automated system. I was given the option to speak with a customer service representative but it was an A.I in my opinion, a historic hotel such as this should have human staff.

This hotel is so special! Staff are so friendly, efficient and responsive! The room, for its beauty and cleanliness, was a great deal. Will be back again.
We have now stayed here 3 times and it has been a great place to stay with a unique historic atmosphere. We love being able to do self check in and check out. Melanie always contacts us prior to arrival and provides us with a 24- hour contact number. We are staying here again next weekend for the last football game of the season and we'll be back next year!
