"100% worse of the worse in Hot Springs, Ar"

The location is the only plus.

There are so many additional charges they want amf will make any excuse to make you pay more. Better options in town.

"Excellent"

Room was clean, air conditioning worked well and front desk staff was very nice. However, there was a problem with housekeeping not putting clean towels in room when cleaning. Breakfast was adequate.

The clerks at the front desk were polite and helpful!

The breakfast was horrible: had very little to choose from like cereal, stale muffins, frozen burritos and sunny D to drink. Only had one wash cloth in our room, had to go to front desk for extra wash cloths and towels before we could shower. We were very disappointed with the appearance of the room and hotel! We didn’t get our money’s worth out of our two nights stay and will Not be staying there again!!!

Didn’t eat the breakfast. There was a lizard on my room.

Air conditioning unit was very old. Tv provider was horrible. There was a lizard in my room. The bathroom ceiling needs replacing.
