We had no hand soap, o asked the staff and they said they couldn't give us one. They cleaned the room 3 times and the hand soap was never replaced, it was empty to begin with!! The 2 front staff ladies were rude. We will never stay here again

Facility was ok.

I made this reservation two weeks prior And I tried to cancel literally 10 minutes after I made the reservation and booking.com would not give me my money back. I would not recommend using booking.com to anybody
