Super 8 by Wyndham Auburn

We booked a wheelchair accessible room and that's what we initially got. Not a bad room if you enjoy bedbugs, but that's not my wife and my thing. They moved us to a non wheelchair accessible room for the night, you know until the person in the other accessible room checked out the next day. But the next day they didn't have another accessible room for us. So we found another hotel that did. I went down to the front desk and told them I was checking out and the guy said just put the key card in the box, I informed him I was checking out early and wanted to make sure it was done, he said leave the key card in the box so I did since I wasn't in the mood to argue. I just wanted out of there. Checked my credit card statement when I got home and wish I could say I was shocked to find they charged me for the original booking instead of the early checkout, but alas, I can't say that. I wasn't shocked to find out they didn't properly check me out of the hotel and they charged me for the originally planned number of nights.

The room stank soooo bad. I will never stay in another super 8 again. It smelled like someone had old urine and sweat. The sheets did not look fresh. I didn’t want to tough anything. It looked clean but the smell. I can’t get over. I’d rather stay the night in my car than sleep there. The staff was nice but it was late and they do the bare minimum.

Main gripe is the room was very old, unclean and had a bad smell. It was hard to feel comfortable and clean there. In addition, there were people hanging outside smoking and mingling. They weren't harming anyone but just in the way whenever I left and returned to my room.

I had my reservation canceled before I ever even made it to the property to pay per my itinerary reservation with three children that had competition for Cheer the following morning and did not get into another room until 1:30 in the morning

No coffee in the room. Hard beds. No tissues in the room. Not terrible but we won’t return here.

Bonne literie, frigo, micro ondes, emplacement proches des restaurants. Personnel sympathique.

Le petit déjeuner est très sommaire, manque un sèche cheveux.

Staff were friendly. Shower was clean.

Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Rooms were old and musty. No ventilation unless you opened the door. Window did not open. Coffee in lobby was terrible & had tons of grounds in it.

Safe property and clean bed but probably could do with a simple refresh like new light bulbs and just general repairs. Eg shower head and faucets need refreshed.

Room from hell

Falling apart had to plunger toilet every time . The place is falling apart apart hole in tub patched with mastic tape . Caulking falling y. Door bottom space was at least 1/2 in
