I love meme ...she has been excellent .. My family appreciates the warm feeling we get whenever we enter the lobby ..

I didnt like that people tried to convince staff they werent smoking in room .trying to not get/be charged .

"Horrible hotel"

Front desk staff is horrible will never return to this property. This property was horrible. From this lady has no customer service skills needs to learn how to talk to a guest. Will never recommend you guys. Thank you.

It was close to where we were going

The staff is not very friendly, the check out is at 11am be ready to have someone knocking at 10 am telling you it’s check out time, then again at 10:30. She tried to get us to leave at 10:30 and I said check out is at 11 and she said “yeah that’s in 30 minutes, you should be ready to go now” I said well we aren’t so we are not leaving until 11. I have never had someone tried to kick us out of a room like that before. She was doing that to every single room. Other people did leave but that is very rude. I paid you for a full stay, I am entitled to my full stay.
