The staff was rude and very slow. The first room we were given the bed was rumpled and the pillows were piled together with no pillowcases. The second room we were shown, the air conditioner did not work. We settled on the third row. My husband stepped on a screw in the floor and there was no battery in the smoke alarm. When we went to take a shower, there was no shower curtain. There were fans in the hallways and lobby area because the air conditioner wasn’t working.

The hotel was very quick to make sure we had a good room after experiencing a hot water issue in our room. I appreciate their efforts to ensure we were happy and comfortable with our arrangements. Excellent hotel staff. Morning breakfast was adequate, parking easy to get to. All around a good experience.

It’s noisy, but I choose to be by the highway just to jump back on it in the morning. Staff is always nice and helpful. Rooms are clean.

The room was dirty the lamp shade on the night stand was broken, had to clean up something sticky off the night stand,,one pillow case was stained, the comforter had someone's body fluids on it.very dusty room, and it smelled bad.wont be staying there again.
