"Dated motel that was supposed to be about 12-14 miles from my final destination but turns out to be"

Bathroom was setup so that there was plenty of room for your toiletries. Nice tv and very comfortable bed.

Booking.com said that this place was about 12–15 miles from my destination but it was 51 miles and very expensive for a Days Inn.

Nothing, my staff refused to stay there due to the filth

My staff complained to me about the filth, and I requested a refund even though the facility was not used in any instance!
