Breakfast was good

The horror movie tub. Mattress was horrible. Dumpster view overflowing with garbage. Not easy accessible for people with a handicap or just had chemo treatment to get around. Not a fan of split level design.

The property is in decent quality and was clean. It's very close to downtown which is nice.

Not the worst area of town but not the nicest either. That said, I'd still stay here again. Though, the prices have gone up considerably along with the Boise area. Over $100 a night (with tax) is a little pricey for a Super 8.

Location.

No outlet by bed. The lamp on that side did not work because it couldn't be plugged in. I was charged $50.00 for a "deposit" even though I booked on line. I still have not been refunded yet. They scanned in my driver's license and ATM card (said it was manditory) which is very concerning for security purposes. When I booked online Booking.com said I didn't need to pay anything at the site, but I had to. We checked in around 6 p.m. and we're out by 7:00 a.m. The AC unit was very loud.

I liked that the pool was open early in the morning because I like to exercise in the pool when I travel. I also liked the breakfast there. Waffles are my favorite thing to eat for breakfast when I travel but I usually have to go to a restaurant for that.

Unfortunately, I got sick the night before we left. I had a fever and was trying to take a hot shower and the water would not get warm enough. It would get almost warm enough then it would get ice cold. This happened 3 or 4 times in a row so I finally just took a lukewarm shower. When I got out of the shower I got in bed and I was freezing. I asked my son to go to the desk to get 2 more blankets and they only gave him one and told him that they would bring another one later and they didn't. It sounds like a minor thing but I was really sick and couldn't get warm.
