Location was convenient to freeway. The room itself wasn't heinous.

Side entry from parking lot to lower-floor rooms was filthy. I felt like I was going though a backstage tunnel at a concert venue: dark, dirty, old gum in the carpet, and looked like beverages and who knows what else was spilled everywhere. Possibly used as a hangout for unhoused folks; the door was always unlocked when we were prepared to use a key to unlock it. I also stayed in other Super 8 locations in Denver and Kansas City on this trip, this one cost a bit more. Office-style chair in the room was missing more of its vinyl upholstery than what it had left.

Location

Property was dirty. room needed a lot of work on it. It looks like maintenance is not a priority. Poor lighting in the room. Sink leaks just below the conserve water sign on the mirror. No soap provided. Towels very thin. Breakfast both days no juice. No coffee the second day. Had to notify the front desk that there was no coffee for breakfast. The second morning of the day both my in my roommates key cards would not work. multiple large holes in the curtains. silicone adhesive used on the lamps to hold the plugs in. Not sure how safe that is.

Nice place to stay, close enough to Julia Davis Park for being a vendor during the Hemp fest!

The heater is noisy! But was only on for little bit each time!
