"Most horrible experience"

It was horrible, tv didn't work, frig didn't work, coffee didn't work, shower no water pressure manager at front desk was mean and rude and yelled at me twice, charged my card for room and took cash payment and charged deposit fee, I am now overdrawn because of him.

Most horrible manager I have ever encountered, he should be fired, should not represent Motel 6, gave them a bad name.
