I loved the location it was literally 5 mins away from everywhere we wanted to visit

When I got there the hotel had my room mixed up I booked a smoking room they were trying to give me a non smoking. Staff was rude when we called for towels had to go get them and then was only able to get 1 rag cause they were out. No elevator so every time we had to walk up and down stairs. Too many people hanging around outside.
