"Bedbugs"

The manager was nice when we informed him that we smelled a very strong scent of bedbug spray in the room and asked for a refund because we suspected bedbugs. He did not deny the bugs and advised me to contact booking.com for the refund.

Strong scent of bedbug spray as soon as we walked in the room.

The location, they'll staff

Room was not really clean, top blankets had stains and there was a weird substance on the wall, was also charged again at arrival so had to sit and wait for them to refund me that back which they did but it was a little process. Also water pressure in the shower was almost non existent, room kinda smelled musty. Not sure if id stay again if I did decide to it'd be based purely on the location and staff.
