Heritage Inn

The first floor has been renovated I’m assuming due to flooding. They are still redoing the lobby. No breakfast offered. Only coffee is in the lobby. There also seems to be a bug zapper in the lobby on the counter. But I’m not sure if that’s what it’s really is. Just looks a lot like one. The hallway looks nasty. Needs a good update. The room has been updated from the pictures. We got a no smoking room yet there cigarette burns in the blankets and ashes inside the fridge. There were also roaches in the fridge and bathroom. Upon arrival the window was opened about an inch. The only way to lock is a piece of wood. The light switch turns the tv off. Not the lights. The lights around the bed only turn off if you move the bed and unplug. The outlets don’t work around the bed either. There is no closet. The cabinet they have for a closet can’t hang clothes either. The floor feels unclean. It is linoleum. Air conditioner doesn’t cool like it should. You wake up hot. I don’t feel comfortable leaving the room when it gets dark. There is a gstring in the parking lot that has been there the entirety time.

No hot water. Electrical issues. Fridge didn’t work.

The hotel was horrible the seats from the toilet were all wet and had holes, and the bed was almost on the floor and everything was dusty like if they don’t have them clean daily !!! For 5 dlls more I could stay in a better and clean hotel !! NEVER AGAIN !

Horrible stay, hotel stunk really bad. Our bed sheets had cigarette burns on them! Well not be going back! And do not recommend anyone to book their stay there!

Was fine and convenient

Its was horrible. Really humid inside. Room dirty hair in the restroom. Nasty sticky floors. Ect

The website pictures are out dated. The curtains in rooms were hanging down like they were barely up. On top room had a cat in the window. The lobby looked like a storage room with boxes everywhere. To afraid to park on one side of the building. Junk all around where there wasn’t any parking spots. Seen s lady coming out with a big pit bull. Very disappointing. This was a late check in so we spent a lot of time trying to find another hotel that had openings.

Wasn't good covers & sheets had holes in them. The walls are a mess in the halls. We didn't know our window was cracked open until it was time for check out.

Heritage inn in Beaumont tx on I-10 access road should not be on your site. Its horrible. There was roaches, water leak under sink, and a person was allowed to let their dog poop in hall and we were told housekeeping would handle it. As a housekeeper myself we would have told the animal owner to clean it or have them leave. The front desk people were rude and we did not get a discount or apology for conditions. I believe we were given the worse room possible because we booked through a site. It had no coffee maker or phone. There was rust and burnt sheets. This was a non smoking room. The refrigerator was not plugged in and was nasty on top. It looked as if this whole place could use a make over. Our rooms were 116 and 118. Send someone to check it out. I have tried to upload photos and its not working.

it was okay... didn't mind it at all..a lil noise but other than that it was okay
