People talking loud all night at the front desk, which was near our room
USUSNo running water. This was not disclosed at any point when booking or checking in. Person working the desk seemed like he hated his job and life and gave us keys to someone else's room. Rude when I went down to correct the first issue despite it being entirely his fault. When we finally got into our actual room, we quickly realized the sink barely ran, the shower didn't work, and the toilet didn't flush. Went down to the desk yet again and they said they were aware of the issue (never told us) and that they can't do anything about it nor issue a refund. This has to be illegal and if I can ever be bothered to pursue this further, I will. For now though I guess I'll just celebrate the $11 I got back from Booking and forget about the $160 I spent for a night of squalor.

Only comment was "no elevator" to take luggage up to 2nd floor, not a huge deal, just surprising. But would I stay here again, definitely!
