Luxe Hotel Nashville Airport

There was no breakfast

The unsavory people roaming the hotel and parking lot all hours of the night, and the marijuana smoke was really strong even though the hotel stated that it was non smoking🤔

I like the indoor heated pool and smoking area

They said breakfast was included in stay and there was no breakfast at all except coffee they also asked for a deposit that was not listed when booking the room

Nothing

The first room they gave me wasn't even clean the beds wasn't made there was trash all over the place. My security deposit was more than the room itself.

The price but you get what you pay for this was the worst expierence I’ve had with any booking.com property

Power went out three times. Smoke detector was hanging by wires from ceiling. Tv didn’t work they tried to fix it left before it updated still didn’t work.the door wouldn’t open the full way cause a crack in the tile which made it hard to get bags in and out. I checked in at three am and checked out check out time am had the nerve to keep my incidental payment when their room was completely broke and all I did was sleep for for a few short hours.
