Price and location were decent. But the bed was stiff as a board, the entire building smelled like skunk weed, my AC unit sounded like a starship on its last leg and half the outlets didn't work. Oh and the fire alarm was pulled out. Just a hole in the ceiling. But hey, if none of that bothers you, you're in great shape.

Not far off 65.

Toilet did not flush. Cigarette burns in the comforters in both rooms. Loud, rattling air consider. Breakfast was cereal that was left over in the dispenser the night before because we looked in the dinning area at 8pm and it was still there at 6:15am when we went to leave. 🤢 6 pieces of plain bread and Nutri-Grain bars were also left on the counter to serve.

TV went off all the time because of non-activity like not changing channels. We were watching a movie and it continually went off quite a bit. It was very aggravating.
