Super 8 by Wyndham Casper West by the River

Price and location. Friendly staff.

Pet owners using A rock to keep the back door open. It was marked 'exit only' but the rock cancelled that. Pet owners leaving full doggy poop bags outside the back door. These are not staff's fault and I hope they will take action to fix this. Wish they breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage/bacon. Kinda carb heavy right now.

Front desk was very friendly. Cheese and crackers, vegetables, and popcorn were a nice touch. Room was clean.

There was popcorn on the floor from the previous occupants. Also on the wall, directly in front of the toilet, was a place that someone had a bloody nose and smeared it on the wall. Couldnt avoid seeing it when sitting on the toilet. No grab bars in shower and floor of shower was so slick, that had to put a towel in it to stand on so wouldnt slip and fall

The rooms were clean and comfortable - the bathrooms were clean and they provided make up remover wipes. The beds were fine. There was no elevator. The stairs where you walked needed vaccuumed - The rest of the hotel was clean. The breakfast was basic but had a lot of choices. The hard boiled eggs were good.

The only thing that I’d say to be different was that the stair cases to be vacuumed.

The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The popcorn, cheese and crackers in the lobby added a nice touch. What a difference from the Super 8 in Little Rock, AR. That place is the armpit of America!
