"Ran down place but good customer service"

Upon arrival to check in my family, and I noticed guys and females hanging out around the property. We went inside to check in the lady at the front desk. She was very sweet and nice she had a welcoming spirit. We went up to look at the rooms, the rooms that my girls had the pillowcases and sheets looked used. They came and got me. I went up to check the room out and of course yes it did. My daughter didn’t even open her door after she came into my room and saw it was clean, but the bathroom Looks like it had been used, and there was paper in the trash and the tissue was down really low the bathroom floor look like someone had walked on it while it was being mopped after my babies came got me to see their room. I didn’t care what mine look like. I wasn’t staying there. Once we went back downstairs. One of the guys walking around the property had a firearm hanging out of his pants, and one of the other guys was leaning beside the building and told another one that’s a really nice car. Then we looked at the reviews on Google only to find out this was not a good place to stay. I went to the front desk and told her we will be leaving and she apologize real nicely and issue a full refund. I loved her personality, but not the hotel, physical and outer appearance.

"It wasn’t not good at all"

Nothing at all

People standing outside everywhere and room wasn’t cleaned no microwave no fridge in room I ask the front desk for one they told me I had to pay more money for it after they already mess up my reservation there not happy with this place at all kids running up and down the hallaway playing loud music very uncomfortable there

"Bad news if you stay at Red Roof Inn"

I had to wait a long time just to get a room clean and the towels was not clean the bed had burnt spots on the sheets there was no phone to call if I needed help except for my cell phone of course. Next time I'll choose another motel when I take a cruise ship from Jacksonville Florida.

"Disappointing"

The microwave … somebody left something in there & it stunk really bad. Roaches & NO HEAT
