Red Roof Inn Jacksonville - Cruise Port

Didn’t even finish checking in. Went in, the ladies didn’t even talk to me when I said I needed to check in, went back out, there was a car that pulled up with people who got out, clearly smoking pot and acting obnoxious, they all gathered around the hotel like they were staying there or meeting there, and one was flaunting around a gun. Decided to leave, asked for a refund and the people at the front desk said there was no gun, pot was legal and that the people who were acting unsafe were employees so there was no problem. In addition to that, there’s a sign posted right in the front that said if the kids are loud then they will kick you out. Unfortunately, young kids aren’t always cooperative at going to bed so once again, in addition to it not being safe, they wouldn’t have even allowed us to make it to the room without having a problem with the kids.

The rooms were very clean. The entire facility is clean. The staff is excellent with services they provide. I love Miss Ava. She's the best !

There is nothing that I dont like about this facility.

It was the most ghetto thing I’ve ever seen. There were a bunch of people hanging out all over the front making it extremely uncomfortable. They were grilling and smoking. There were drug addicts all over the place walking in between the cars in the lot. There was a person doing hair cuts in the staircase. There were prostitutes in a SUV stationed in the lot for all to see. They windows had blankets and towels cover so they can do their work.

Went to Florida on vacation and stayed at the Red roof Inn on Harts road the manager there. She was so professional and helpful and the staff was amazing. My room was ice cold, nice and clean and they made sure that my stay was pleasant. Thank you to the Red roof team for making us feel welcome. It is family oriented and was very quiet.

I walked into a clean room and it smelt great. The front office staff are very nice and accommodating. My only thing is I wish they had a pool for my kids to play in as it's rather hot. Other than that my experience was great and they provided what I needed during my stay here

There was nothing to like about the property. It appeared families were living there. It was very dirty and loud
