Super 8 by Wyndham Chadron NE

Nasty, Dirty, in major need of repair and updating. Bathroom shower broken (handle falling off and can not regulate water temps.) Bathroom is disgusting. The linen look as if it had not been changed from the last geust or guests. We slept on top of the bed with a blanket we brought with us so not to touch the bed linen. The hotel needs updating. The breakfast was a joke. 1 household coffe pot with cold coffee and almost empty at 6AM, no hot foods at all, or juice/milk, no staff in attendance. We will never stay here again. We would rather sleep in the car or on a park bench.

Do NOT book with them. We checked in to both of our rooms. (Two double queen rooms) Bed sheets were nasty found a bug in one of the beds so we went to Walmart and purchased new sheets and blankets for all 4 beds. Got back changed the bedding. Noticed how NASTY everything else was…toothpaste from last visitor in sink, who knows how old of bar soap left in the shower. So we Clorox wiped EVERYTHING!! Had no choice because every single place was booked besides Super 8. We went to get dinner and came back and found new bugs in one of the beds we had just put new sheets on! Went straight to office and they said they would just move our rooms. Absolutely not. Still waiting on refund. We had to drive all the way to Hot Springs, SD at 11pm to get new rooms. Pool was out of order, ice machine was out of order, mattress’ were leaned up against the wall in the pool area. Extremely gross condition. Save yourself some stress and book something else. We will never book with a Super 8 again!

Bathroom was dirty. Cheap shampoo and conditioner. Room and hallway had to be 95 degrees or hotter when arrived. Staff that had a hard time understanding English so we just went and got our own towels from the linen room. Standard breakfast/cereal/bagels. If you have a trailer you have to park in the back. No security cameras or doors into hotel in the back. No elevator!

Needs to be clean, updated, where was the pool? I never found the breakfast. Will not stay again.

Mold in the bathtub, hand held shower head was broken, musty smelling, trash in the bathroom trash from a previous guest, very limited breakfast and breakfast seating, and no paper receipt available at checkout.

The good things: the staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was okay. The bad things were more significant: an overall shabby look, dirty hallway carpets, the ice machine was out of order, the refrigerator in my room did not work, and even at the breakfast there were no plates big enough for the waffles that you could make. For the price that was charged, it was a big disappointment.

For tight budgets only

The staff was nice. Room was clean. Motel was in need of repair and updates. Our toilet flusher was broken, the handle came off the shower, and the ice machine didnt work. The lobby was hot, carpeting was coming up and paint was chipping. Pool was closed off and being used as a storage area

We pulled in and thought the building was empty. Mattresses piled in the windows, holes in some of the windows, parking lot is in terrible shape. Had to call to make sure we were at the right place. Room was below grade. Air was on but the curtains were not fully hung up. Shower was fine. Bed were lumpy. We felt very unsafe especially when we were 1 of 2 cars all night. Waffle maker only cooked one side of each waffle.

The outside doors were not locking after you went in or out my door to the room did not go all the way closed unless you pushed it closed
