Super 8 by Wyndham Chadron NE

the property is filthy. we decided to go inside, and it was just as bad. the front desk lady said the internet and cable tv services were both down. We decided to go elsewhere because we had just traveled 10 hours and we were so disappointed in this motel. We recommend that you remove from Expedia.

This is the worst place you can stay. Forget the fact that the place was ugly and not kept up visually. It was about safety. When we walked into our room the window was wide open, curtain rod broken. We closed it but it did not lock. My best friend and son that traveled with us also could not lock her room window. We told the lady in charge and she moved my friend and son, but the same issue. The lady got upset and said it was safe not to complain. The hallway carpet as you exit the rooms is torn and a safety risk for anyone to trip and fall. The entire room and area are super sketchy and scary. Seriously stay away. Oh also no working fire alarm! Of there was a 0 stars that’s what I would give.

Stay one night had no tv or internet. Toilet did not flush, tub was gross and sink had splattered toothpaste all over wall and mirror , sink would not drain this includes the tub. I would have been better off sleeping in my car and saving 100.00.

when checking in, they said no wifi or tv available. It didn't appear a 'new condition". I was offered refund, but I said it was OK for night. also no ice machine I found out. I had a reservation for the following night (12th July) but I cancelled it. I haven't gotten the refund yet for the cancellation, hopefully will soon. Limited English speaker at check-in, was very hard to communicate.

The outside of the hotel was the first clue it was not going to be good on the inside. The barroom had no counter for personal items. The bathtub was disgustingly dirty. It looked like someone washed car parts in it. Even if we chose to use the shower it would have been very difficult as the hand held shower head was at knee level. The bed was hard. It was overall outdated and dirty. The continental breast area had a coffee pot that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The only thing we felt was edible was the prepackaged yogurt.

No wifi,no tv, carpet pulled up.. yes they gave me a refund but it needs to be taking care of..

I liked my room except tv didn't work, no wifi only in my room, ice machine didn't work & no other room available but hardly anyone there. The hotel is in the 70's & needs major renovations .

I’m sorry to say but I don’t think the Super 8 franchise cares about this motel. I feel bad for the lady working there who has to keep telling people that there’s no internet or tv and ask if you want a refund. We thought we would be fine without tech because we just wanted a cheap, clean place that had a big jetted tub to relax in—but then the jets didn’t work (or the fan or light above the tub—electrical issue?) so that was kind of the last straw. We decided to relocate to a different hotel and we were refunded as promised.

We canceled once we saw how run down the place was. The lettering on the sign was missing most letters and the receptionist said they had no WiFi or tv. Run away from this. Super 8 should keep up on their properties
