Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. Very clean. Good size room and bathroom. Staff friendly

Situated close to Lakes Mitchell and Cadillac. It was a quick drive to watch the sunset, for this handicap folk, would also be a beautiful stroll for others. The continental breakfast could be better, it was 2 kinds of cereal, bagels and teeny donut things. The coffee carafes need to be better labeled too. Having them labeled differently for the same regular coffee, caused some confusion of a guest, who thought I took all of "the good coffee" with my larger cup. The hotel manager handled her very well, explaining that the coffees were the same, and made her a fresh pot, even though there were 2 carafes of coffee. The one I emptied and another just like it. Overall it was a good place to sleep after driving all day.

Time for an interior decorating update. Mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Towels and washcloths were old and worn out.

The room was very clean and everything worked well. Cons: bring your own pillow, there was hard foam pillows. no coffee maker in room. two choices of cold cereal for breakfast. Would stay here again.

There was six men lined up outside the walk-in door drinking loud rude making comments as you walked in. How can you have anything to do with a hotel that allows this conduct

Property was clean. Area was safe and accessible.
