Old but clean

Room and bathroom were very clean.

Was great for the area, quiet

Rooms need more TLC. In need of some repair. Did the job but it is a hotel so a little more won't hurt. Like the soap, no cups and a little thought in general

The hotel, and my room was clean, comfortable and quiet. All I needed was a place to stay overnight on the road, and this hotel checked all the boxes.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

My room was clean.

Woke up to no running water at all in my room. Couldn't shower, toilet would not flush, could not get cleaned up in any way. No one at the front desk at 6am to ask or complain to. Another guest I ran into on the way out said that they told him there was no water when he checked in the night before. The front desk person didn't say anything to me when I checked in around 9pm, and I had working water in my room for the next hour until I went to sleep. When I stay at a budget motel I'm looking for two things: a clean bed to sleep in, and a working shower. If you can't satisfy those, you fail. If this was due to an issue in the town and not just their build, they still evidently knew at some point, and should have notified all their current guests, either by calling each occupied room or going door-to-door.

Photos are not accurate. Motel is quite shoddy and looks like it rarely gets cleaned or vacuumed. Continental breakfast consisted of fruit loops or packaged sugary pastries. Key card jackets are kind of gross from clearly being reused over and over again.
