My husband forgot some medication in the fridge and the young man at the front desk put it in their fridge for us to pick up on our way back through --- that was almost 2 weeks. Bed was nice and firm. Did not wake up with sore backs!

Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Unfortunately the check-in was a bit frustrating after a long day of travel. I had to made a couple trips back to the front desk because our room that had not been cleaned from the previous check out, then we had the wrong card keys to get into our second assigned room etc. The breakfast was not very good either. Overall the hotel was fine for our one-night stay, but I wouldn't want to make this hotel my home base if I was staying in Bozeman for any longer.

Pillows were flat and bed was hard. Tv had streaks going down the screen. Bottom of bathtub was soft and felt like you could fall through at any time.
