Staff was awesome

Def had bed bugs my dad had one on him in the morning and found another while in the car

The Hotel was in a convenient place. It was easy to get around and the staff was really nice

The room was very clean and was in a good location and I felt comfortable

The location was great. A nice walk to nearby restaurants on the water, and close to the freeway for airport access.

Facilities were a little dated, but clean. Coffee machine in the lobby was out of order.

The beds were comfortable, the majority of everything was cleaned and stocked, and the staff was very kind and really helpful when supplying new towels

I did notice some stains on the linen and towels, and you could tell the walls were a bit dirty, but those could've been stains that couldn't come off. The same goes for the linens and towels. They were clean, just some unwashable markings. I recommend keeping an eye on what gets put in rooms, though, since some guests might not be as calm about it

It was clean, affordable, and close to where I had to be at an event that weekend.

The booking should be very clear about the $50 (refundable) deposit and not hide it in the fine print.
