Motel 6 Deming, NM

Rude manager who refused to explain extra charges to my bill until I said I would leave a bad review. Room was comfortable but needed repairs. Inside corridor was noisy; lot of noise from trucks on the highway as well. It's overpriced for the quality and there are better motels close by. But it seemed safe and my one-night stay there was uneventful.

Breakfast was very cheap and could barely be called breakfast. It was pre-packaged mini-muffins probably from Walmart and concentrate orange juice. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

It was close to the highway the ice machine worked coffee maker fridgetv and hair dryer alll worked

The seat on the chair was shredded the pool was ice cold the spa was out of order the bath towel was stained with blood or feces.Advertised a hot breakfast buffet was only coffee and mini muffins with dry coffee creamer juice machine was out of order sign said juice was in pitcher there was none

They wouldn't let us stay in 1 room and we have under age children with us for a family trip. He also wouldn't refund our money cuz he said he already charged the 3rd party card so we ended up going down the road to Days Inn where they were more than happy to accommodate us all in 1 room with 2 beds and they served us a very hood warm breakfast. All in all, dont stay at this super 8 at all!!!! Not family friendly

Nice desk clerk said I reserved a smoking room when I was sure I bought a non-smoking. She moved me, but tv didn’t work in new room. very old place and shouldn’t have a Super 8 name— needs a remodel! Toilet way too low and poor flusher. Breakfast buffet a joke— only tiny prepackaged muffins and really bad coffee and OJ. (juice machine broke). And indoor pool ice cold.

Lack of service and interest in service motel _itself building was fine_need to tell customers to specify non smoking when making reservations or will be put in a room reeking of smoke

Room was small, but clean, but around the bathtub under the molding was black stuff, and water spout was so loose it turned& had mold around it,

Our room had about 2 dozen dead bugs scattered between the two beds and behind the headboards. Did not feel like the room has actually been cleaned in a long time. Outdated and unkept.
