The beds were comfortable

Fridge kept making noise, desk chair missing told owner but they never sent one I had to get housekeeper to steak from another room, people next door kept slamming the door, owners dog came at me twice and they laughed. There's no reason for 100 deposits the rooms are subpar...suppose to pay less longer you stay I got charged full price

Could use a little more breakfast for it to be continental

The rooms and staff are nice and accommodating.

It was nice for the price. Breakfast was good. The biggest problem was that there was no elevator. A bit difficult for an elderly person to climb three flights.

The photos online are so different from actuality they have to be faked or heavily altered. Overall it's just NASTY!! The room I was in had a HUGE hole in the window, where they had used some kind of adhesive to glue a piece of cardboard over it and all of the cracks around it. The couch had many stains, paint and burn marks. There are roach traps on the floor. The floor is very sticky to walk on. I told front desk they shouldn't even be renting a room with such a damaged window...she didn't even respond to me. I wish I could upload photos. Avoid this place - It's really gross. Also, if you have mobility issues there is no elevator, so you'll be dragging your luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Honestly the price is what got us to book with mid reviews but is where the good stopped

Cigarette butts in the beds, dog food on the floors the smell of mold and cigarettes in the rooms we stayed in. Security doors didn’t shut all the way and the room doors had to be forced closed. They are doing a remodel so let’s hope this all changes cause right now this place is worse than a pay by the hour motel.

The "handicap accessible" room was not! The entrance to the restroom has a huge "hump" at the entrance to the bathroom. My able bodied wife even had a hard time getting in. The ramp to get to the "basement floor" rooms was nearly impossible to navigate in my scooter, with sharp turn and and steep inclines. Do not recommend for anyone with disabilities.
