Friendly, professional staff. Room 121 had an odor when I entered but I asked front desk for some room deodorizer, which she promptly gave me. Cleared up the odor immediately. The back leg on the chair in the room looked like it was coming off. The gentleman at checkout made a note of it and said he would notify maintenance. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. I chose this location when I stayed at thanksgiving, and chose to stay there again. If I need to stay in the future I will again choose this location. Thank you

Took my son for a game day visit to Ball State and we stayed at this Super 8. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. Very nice! Staff was very friendly.
