I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with the services advertised, and several significant issues compromised the quality of my visit. During my stay, the elevator was out of order, and both ice machines were non-functional. When I brought the lack of ice to the attention of the night front desk clerk, his claim that he was unaware of the situation was quite concerning, as it is unlikely that both units would fail simultaneously without staff notice. Furthermore, the breakfast service that was promised was completely unavailable. I found these lapses in service and communication unacceptable. I would appreciate your comments on how these issues will be addressed to prevent future occurrence

Very close to Milwaukee airport

Elevator was down and we were on the 2nd floor. It was very loud all night. Someone was going in and out of his room all night long. Letting the door slam.
