Toenail clippings on the floor along with part of a pepperoni. Bathroom had base trim laying on the floor and new paint was started but not finished.

We accidentally left our personal laundry bag (with soap and dirty clothes in it!) we didn’t notice it until the 2nd morning after our check out. We were going to be returning home via the route the hotel is on. I called to see if the housekeeper happened to find it. She did! They held it at the front desk and we picked it up on our return trip!!

I thought everything was great until the morning we were to check out. The housekeeper came into our room, WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING at 7am! No knocking, no announcing themselves just walked right in and I was startled awake and had to tell them we were sleeping and they left. How ridiculous is it that staff just walk into a room without first knocking to make sure no one was in the room. We weren’t able to latch the door so they couldn’t come in as the latch on the door was already broken off. Completely awful stay and won’t recommend to anyone!!
