Language was an issue with the front desk. I rented 2 rooms. I was told in one room the TV didn't work. We took it anyway so we didn't have to go upstairs. 2 of our 4 people wanted TV so we were going to put them in the room with TV that worked. Turns out both TVs didn't work.

There is a noise constantly. We couldn’t tell where it came from. It was loud like an air conditioner or a fan above a rest room. And breakfast choices are limited.

The room overall was OK but carpet was so dirty it made our feet black. We asked ahead of time for a mobility accessible room. The bathroom was NOT the the correct size possible to use the facilities. It should have had a walk-in shower. We won’t stay there again.

The hallway carpeting and walls were worn and tired looking, but the room itself was clean, updated and comfortable (other than the carpeting feeling a bit grimy, but I find that in most motel rooms... I always have flip flops at the ready). Friendly front desk people, though one of them spoke very little English and I had some trouble communicating. My biggest issue was that the walls don't completely keep out the noise from adjacent rooms... I was awoken at 4am by talking, giggling people in the room next door. I turned on my room fan and that pretty much took care of it. All in all, not a bad stay for the price. Again, the room itself was clean, well appointed and comfortable

"Awful staff!"

Each staff member was rude and not only that because I was using 3rd party sites to get discounts they told me I couldn't make another reservation. I was getting to much discounts as he worded it. Couldn't believe it. Then weird stuff splattered on the one room wall and weird blue stuff splattered on bathroom wall and they claim it don't come off, that's how it is. They harassment during breakfast of everyone was pathetic, asking everyone for room number and name, each day. Never again. O and how they treated a disabled person was a disgrace.

I enjoyed my stay and the customer service was superb :-) I wish more hotels were as good as the service I received here.
