I was there to Umpire at a baseball tournament. I asked if I could have a "later than late" check out on Sunday so I could shower before I drive home. The manager graciously allowed me to do this. It made for a much more pleasant drive home (3.5 hours). This was truly appreciated!

Not a lot of options in dyersville - we had half of our baseball team here and were glad we booked here and not in Dubuque. Very inflated prices due to the limited supply, but room was clean and close to baseball fields!

I did not like that I was charged more than I was quoted for my stay before I even got there. Supposedly the extra 100$ will fall off. There was also no compensation for leaving a whole day early. The breakfast was decent. Staff came in my room and made the beds … multiple times we found items made up in the bed. Ie - TV remote. So they did not change sheets. We had 4 people in our room and they consistently left only 3 towels.
