Super 8 by Wyndham Salmon Arm

The front desk gentleman was beyond unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and never at the front desk. I had to take my dog outside in the morning, and forgot the key card in the room. I had to wait for 1hour and 30 minutes! repetedly calling him with my calls being transferred to Voicemail. When he finally came, he was rude. The same absence of the staff happened during the check-in. People have been waiting in the lobby, calling the staff. The corridors are I vacuumed, the floor in the room was covered with large dirty spots.

The staff was rude and usless ....they hung up on me when i asked about the room ...asked for the room to be made up and they didnt ...room was dirty and smelled

Breakfast was standard. Bread, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice.

There was no elevator. However, my room was easily switched to accommodate my crutches.

Everything was good. Comfortable bed, lots of parking, clean. Only complaint was front desk was hard to find staff. Overall good value for the price

Considering the price of this hotel, it will be your fair choice. Friendly staff and fair enough facilities, but it is too close to main road, so there will be a little bit of noise when you sleep.

There was no one at the desk when we tried to check in. Bed was not on a frame,boxspring was sitting on the floor. Bed skirt did not cover the boxspring. Door nob in the bathroom was broken. Ice machine in the lobby but no ice buckets anywhere. Staff was very unfriendly. Room was dirty. Bed had 2 very small lumpy pillows. TV did not work.

Missed having a Microwave in the room. The tub faucet had very poor water distribution and the tub stopper didn't work. We appreciated having a ground level room when requested.
