Wifi didn't work

Dirty chairs,beds were not clean hairs on the bed,bath towels not clean like someone used them and they restack them as it is.to must noise coming from through the window even it was closed, I think it's old building that's why.

We have stayed at this location a number of times as we travel from Calgary to Vancouver quite often. It is no longer cost effective. Our check is was short and condescending. Our room 123 was dirty. The bed clothes were stained. The toilet roll holder was broken. The sink faucet no longer worked properly, The shower bottom was showing cracks and the towels felt like you were wiping your skin with gravel they were so hard. No kleenex supplied and there was a terrible food smell in the hallway. This was a low cost place to stay half way between our destinations but now they charge $149.50 per night and an extra $25.00 for the dog! Their free breakfast now is just a small assortment of cold cereal and some small muffins and toast (no butter) and just margarine. Never again.

The price was good. 87 for the night.

The breakfast was really disappointing for a super 8 and the time 730 to.930 does not accommodate any worker up at 5.

Location was good. Room had a 3rd bed (sofa bed) and we could get extra sheets. And entrance area had a water refill station.

Mold in bathroom; dirty bed sheets; dirty pillows; dirty carpet; room was loud/noise with communal walking path; breakfast only served from 7:30am (and we could not grab any food in advance).

Wifi never worked after multiple attempts and breakfast is offered too late for someone working - 7:30 am. The staff were not happy when I arrived at midnight even though I confirmed the day I booked and again the day I was to arrive. The room was cold and no extra blankets in the room

We really didn't like anything however, we chalked it up to "You get what you pay for".

Feels like it is running on it's last legs. Although the place was clean, most everything in both the room and/or the building was falling apart, out of order or not working. This includes the free breakfast which was only cereal, milk and bread. No juice at all for kids(broken without accommodation), we used the 2% milk jug in the fridge intended for the coffee for the kids, only 1 type of peach jam for basic brown bread not even peanut butter or honey. No fruit (ie. apple/banana) Cereal was old and sketchy. Coffee was so bad my husband threw it away (highly unusual for him) and our coffee machine in the room like everything else didn't work. We didn't show up late to breakfast, this was mid-time 9:00am. It was clean, we didn't feel like there were bedbugs but it is definitely being run on a thin budget.
