Had to keep asking for things like toilet paper and sheets for pull out couch

Super rapport qualité/prix. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits, la chambre est propre. Nous étions au rez de chaussé mais c'était très calme. Il y a aussi la possibilité de faire une lessive sur place, ce qui est très pratique. L'hotel est aussi très bien situé: il y a un Wallmart pas loin et il est proche de plusieurs spots de randonnée.

Le personnel pourrait etre plus disponible et sympathique. La dame de l'accueil était serviable (pour les machines a laver par exemple) mais quand on a demandé une télécommande au monsieur, il n'a pas été trés pressé de résoudre le problème.

I reserved at party of 40 teachers/students in April 2025, 3 months prior to the stay; (on a long weekend) we were about to go to a rugby high school tournament coming from the Cariboo (3-4 hours away). I called to confirm our stay and they said they cancelled it 1 day prior to our arrival; The gentleman (not so gentle, quite rude) said there was no deposit, I had it reserved on credit card, often good enough, not in this situation; we continued to chat and he hung up on me, the customer, I do not get furious often, but this was a trip for our kids/students. I had one day to try an find another hotel to stay at, good luck prior to a long weekend. I had to look in Sicamous, B.C., needed 12 rooms and there was just 12 left, this gentleman was so accommodating for our party of 40! The Monashee Hotel, great service, great space outside and views, comfy beds, thank you Monashee Hotel! I had to rank a 1 star for the Super 8 hotel in Salmon Arm, B.C. as that was the lowest option, I would like to give them a ZERO if I could. Thank you for reading my review.

Super 8 Salmon Arm, BC is Dishonest I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at the Salmon Arm Super 8. We booked 4 nights, and left after the 2nd night. I'm a 71 yo retired businessman. I know good business, fair business, bad business, and dishonest business. This hotel practices dishonest business. The hotel management lied to me about the refund in person, and on the phone ! They denied that they owed me a refund to Expedia ( who I booked Thru ) based on their cancelation policy. Another lie ! I contacted Wyndham Hotels ( the franchisee ) finding out that their cancelation policy is one day. Only then did the hotel agree in writing that they owed me a one day refund. I emailed the Super 8 asking for this refund, and left a phone message requesting a call back. But this owner / management team has chosen to ignore me. I asked Wyndham Hotels to get involved and they said I need to contact the hotel. Already did that with no satisfaction. So Wyndham and Super 8 have lost a good customer.
