Musty smelling, stuffy room. No place to hang any clothes. No cup to rinse mouth after brushing teeth or drink water for meds. Mattress creaked loudly every time I moved. No elevator to reach second floor. Poor breakfast selection. Loud air conditioner. Hard to find an outlet to plug in charger. Front desk lady was not welcoming or friendly. Very hard to understand what she was saying. Very dismissive when I expressed concern about navigating stairs. Very hard to get into front door with suitcase.

I Hated that Afrer Making My Reservation, Paying in Full up Front and Then Driving a Ways Out of My Way, the Hotel Was Completely Sold Out and I Was NOT Refunded and There Was NO AGENT with Expedia for Me to Talk to Only a Computer Generated AI Which Kept Hanging Up on Me. Staff is friendly but house keepers need to relax a bit i tols them i was getting ready for work and needed a hour a.d they came and knocked 3 times in that hour
